1. Return Window
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In the same condition with original packaging

3. How to Return

We will share the return address and process with you.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
- For COD orders: Refund via JazzCash, Easypaisa or Bank Transfer
- For Online Payment: Refund to your original payment method
Refunds take 5-7 business days to appear.

5. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 24 hours with a photo. We will send a replacement or give a full refund.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the item and place a new order.
